At Cherry Photo Booths, we offer two flexible rental options to accommodate your schedule and event style:

🛡️ Full-Service Rental with On-Site Assistance

  • Our staff will take care of delivery, setup, operation assistance, and takedown.

  • Ideal for most weekdays and Saturdays, this option ensures smooth operation and peace of mind.

🛡️ Equipment-Only Rental for Specific Days (Fridays & Sundays)

  • For certain days when on-site support is unavailable (such as Friday evenings or Sundays), we offer an equipment-only rental option.

  • In these cases, the booth will be set up the day before or early on the event day, and picked up later that evening or the following morning.

  • A designated on-site manager is required to receive brief training in advance to ensure safe use and protect the equipment.

At Cherry Photo Booths, we’ve upgraded our digital sharing service for your convenience. After your event, you can now access your digital images and GIFs through one of the two download options below.

Option 1: QR Code Download

  • Each printed photo comes with a unique QR code

  • Guests can scan the code within 24 hours to download:
    ✅ High-resolution Digital Image
    ✅ Animated GIF
    ✅ Short Video Clip

  • Great for personal sharing on social media

  • Requires Wi-Fi access at the venue

Option 2: Host-Side Bulk download (New!)

  • After the event, you’ll receive the files or links with:
    ✅ All Digital Images
    ✅ All GIFs
    🚫 No Video Clips included

  • No QR code printed on photos

  • Ideal for organizers who want to review and share group memories later

  • Best choice for locations with no or weak internet
